2026 Razorback Sauvignon Blanc
Named after the road our estate vineyards sit on in the Adelaide Hills, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from a cool 2026 growing season, which gave it fresh fruit flavours and vibrant acidity. The lightly cropped vines were picked in the cool of the early morning to keep those bright characters intact. In the winery, careful handling and temperature-controlled fermentation let the work done in the vineyard shine through, with bright, intense varietal flavours in the bottle.
Our 2025 estate grown Sauvignon Blanc has concentration and bright, fresh varietal characters reflecting the suitability of our site for producing high quality Sauvignon Blanc. The wine shows lifted fruit characters of passionfruit as well as fresh herbal aromas. The palate is vibrant and crisp with bright varietal flavours and a persistent, refreshing finish.
