Our new release Syrah sits within our small batch range, alongside Gamay and Barbera (yet to be released) all from the Estate Vineyards at Kangarilla.
This Syrah is hand-picked, 25% whole bunch ferment in open fermenters then pressed and placed in French oak. 10% new French oak was used.
Vibrant in colour just like the new label, black pepper and spice mixed with ripe raspberry and blackberry fruit. Medium bodied, fruit, spice and vibrance with bright tannins.
