(4) All financial Transactions are carried out in Australian dollars only.

(6) Shipping and Delivery
a. We deliver our products using Australia Post or Startrack. All purchases include free shipping in Australia. We will use the most economical method to ship to your region. Despatch will usually occur with 2 business days of order. Delivery may take up to seven business days but may vary depending on shipping demand. All deliveries can be tracked by tracking number.
(7) Refund Policy
a. If a product is believed to be faulty please save the un-consumed portion under cork or screw cap and Anvers Wines Pty Ltd will arrange to transport it back at Anvers Wines Pty Ltd cost to the winery for testing. Any confirmed faulty product will be replaced. In event the item can’t be replaced a cash refund will be processed.
b. If a breakage occurs in transit Anvers Wines Pty Ltd will replace the product ordered at no cost.
(8) Security Policy
a. When purchasing from Anvers Wines Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac eWay eCommerce Merchant Facility. Any card data is not hosted by Anvers Wines Pty Ltd after processing.
(9) Consumer Data
a. Anvers Wines Pty Ltd will store customer email addresses and physical addresses for purposes of marketing special offers or providing winery information. If you do not wish to receive such materials simply click unsubscribe or email firstname.lastname@example.org and request to be unsubscribed.
(10) Delivery to an adult
a. Anvers Wines Pty Ltd will only deliver to an adult who placed the order or to another adult delegated to receive the order. Wine will not be left at unoccupied premises or with minors.
